This feature works like this:
Set up the minimum balance (for example 10 credits)
Set up the min or default price (for example 2 credits)
Once a customer enters the chat, they will be warned and then 10 credits will be taken from start. Since the price is the 2 credits/minute, the pay per minute charging will be taken after 5 minutes of chat
