  1. Performer set their availability dates in the Calendar. This information will be available in their Profile and when setting an Appointment.
  2. Customer can go to Performer Profile and click on "Set an Appointment" button. They'll see Performer available dates. Also they can choose Time and Duration. 
  3. After Customer has set an appointment, Performer will get email-notification about new Appointment. 
  4. All the appointments that Performer have has are shown in Performer backend > Scheduled Appointments. Performer can confirm and reschedule them if needed.
  5. After Appointment is approved by Performer, Performer and Customer get confirmation email, that Appointment is successfully scheduled. 
  6. Performer and Customer get email-notification 10 minutes before start with the link to their one-on-one chat. 
  7. After Appointment is over, they can proceed in Private chat with usual per minute rate. 
  8. If the Appointment has been canceled by Performer before start, Client will get a full refund and an email notification about change of plans.
