robots.txt is a file located on the server in documents root folder and to upload or update it you only need to upload file using FTP access.
It is pretty easy to do:
- Connect to the server using FTP access provided after signup using any FTP client, I would recommend filezilla.
- Upload robots.txt file into this /httpdocs/ folder
