  • If you got a reject with CCBill Merchant account issue

This happens because CCBill doesn’t approve using the direct integration API. It does require approval from both CCBill upper management and a risk team to get a merchant onto the direct integration API. The reason for this is because the CCBill team wants to make sure that this API is going to be a good fit for you and that you are able to have something in place to handle risk mitigation. If it's determined that a merchant or potential merchant isn't a good fit for the direct integration API CCBill team will ask that you use their flexform system along with their webhooks and their one click API to be able to complete your integration. This provides a more secure way for both the merchant and the consumer to process their transaction.
