VOIP Phone communication with per-minute billing using credits of webvideo

In order to get this module working need to buy a phone number from http://voip.ms/ and we will set it up along with VOIP Asterisk server

How it works:

  1.  customer could call central phone number (could be toll free number as well), enter a PIN code of expert (performer)

  2. The system will verify PIN code, find a customer by PIN code, check his account balance 

  3. If balance is enough the system will make a phone call to performer specified in the PIN code entered earlier

  4. If performer accepts the call our system will establish VOIP conference between the customer and the performer

  5. The customer will be charged per-minute fee for phone within webvideo system

  6. If a customer is running out of money he will be disconnected
