How the Payout Requests works

Usually every Admin decides how regularly they pay their Performers - once a week, once a month and so on. But there is an option for Performers to ask for payout as frequently as they need. In the Performer panel they can request a payment via “Payouts” tab.

This is how it works:

  1. Performer can check their balance in “Performer panel” > “Payouts”.

2. If they want to get earned money, they can press a button “Make a Request”. Then status changes to “Request is pending approval”.

 





3. Admin can see new requests from Performers in “Admin Panel” > “Payout Requests”

4. Payouts do not process automatically so admin should send payments using agreed payout methods on the website.

5. When payment is sent, Admin can change a status - Paid by request. Or if anything changes, they can decline this request.

6. Performer can see all incomes in “Payouts” page.
