System config page settings
It is the main page where you can setup the system behaviour, please do not play with settings without understanding of your goal. Some settings might change configuration in a way it could not be reverted back by switching settings back.
See the explanation of settings below. If you can't find parameter you need, please email us and we will add it.
Paid chat policy is used to allow or deny users in free chat mode while expert/performer is in paid chat with someone. Video and text chat would not be available for free users while performer is in paid chat. Available options:
Do not allow free chat: customers in free mode will be redirected to index page
Allow free chat: customer could stay in free chat mode, they can communicate to other users in free chat but paid chat would be separated. Video is not visible in free mode as well
Confirm paid chat would request Performer to confirm Group and Private chat from broadcasting application or can be configured to confirm all paid chats automatically.
Allow performers to setup: Each performer can configure in broadcasting page to confirm each paid chat manually or automatically (start without confirmation)
Always allow: Start paid chat immediately without confirmation by performer
Always deny: Always ask performer to confirm paid chat
Transmit video to users in Free chat is used to configure video feed visibility in Free chat mode
Allow performers to setup: Each performer can configure in broadcasting page to make video visible or not visible in Free chat mode.
Always allow: Video in free chat mode is visible to customer
Always deny: Video in free chat mode is not available. Customers would see either default image or image marked as "Show in free chat" in performer's gallery
