Why Country income stats don't show any country at all?

Country income stats (.../exec/manager/depositstats ) locates in section "Stats" and show how your incomes are distributed among different countries.  

If this page shows only one line, where in country column stated only one "N/A", then it may be database mistake. 

  1. Go to System configuration page and check last block called "MaxMind Database Management". if it shows "No database", you should contact your manager at support@softservice.org 

  2. Manager should upload database file themselves.
