How to add ticket request to the support desk

Here you can submit a ticket if you need any help - new addon or feature, explanation of how features work, help with incorrect behaviour.

Once you logged in, you will see your client dashboard.

  1. Choose the appropriate button.

2. Choose the product you are writing about.

The ticket life cycle is crystal clear - the status of tickets is actual and updates once a ticket moves to another development stage (In queue --> In progress --> Ready).

 

We also proceed with those tickets with the highest priority, they processed faster than e-mails. Each ticket has a unique ID and can't be lost.
