In some cases customer’s money can be refunded or charged back. Here is the difference between these processes:

Refund - an amount of credits that is given back to the customer's account.

Chargeback - the return of money to the customer’s debit or credit card.

Clientships/Membership Chargeback - the return of recurring payments to the customer’s debit or credit card.
