How to get NetBilling Merchant account

  • If you don’t have CCBill Merchant account

  1. Open https://www.netbilling.com/start/

  2. Fill the gaps

  3. If there are no answer for a long time, please contact wendy@netbilling.com

We recommend prepare the following documents which NetBilling could request you

  1. Personal ID

  2. Your e-mail

  3. Company e-mail

  4. Your website URL

  5. Your registered company Address

  6. Your bank account number

  7. Phone number

What needs to be prepared on your website

  1. Warning popup on the screen whan enter to the content pages with 18+ confirmation
    - request support manager to add this popup through https://scrile.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1

  2. Compliance form
    - add your support e-mail to the Admin Dashboard → Settings → Support e-mail
    - so, when user click report in post, he can write what happen and this information will be send to your company e-mail

  3. Customize Terms and Conditions Pages
    - use Admin Dashboard → Pages → Edit
    - Complaints policy, Refund policy, DMCA, Cookie policy

  4. USC-2257 exist as a link on the website and reachable outside of the members area

  5. On the checkout page there should be a notifying text 'The charge on your credit card bill will appear as (your company name) on your credit card statement'.

  • If you already have NetBilling Merchant account

  1. Open Admin → Settings ->Payment Systems → NetBilling → edit

  2. Enter your NetBilling Account ID and choose Available currencies

  3. Contact wendy@netbilling.com or your personal manager from NetBilling if you will need any help with finding your ID

  4. Contact our support team https://scrile.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1 if you need any help with Admin Settings

  • If you got a reject with CCBill Merchant account issue

This happens because NetBilling mostly work with companies with big transactions history and number of transactions is growing rapidly. Please, let us know if you will get any additional info.
