How to get a NetBilling Merchant account
If you don’t have a NetBilling Merchant account
Fill in the gaps
If there is no answer for a long time, please contact Netbilling Sales team at sales@netbilling.com
We'd recommend you to prepare the following documents which NetBilling could request from you
Personal ID
Your email
Company email
Your website URL
Your registered company Address
Your bank account number
Phone number
What needs to be prepared on your website
Warning 18+ confirmation popup that appears on the screen when a user enters the content pages
- request support manager to add this popup through https://scrile.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1Compliance form
- add your support email to the Admin Dashboard → Settings → Support e-mail
- so, when a user clicks a Report button next to a post, he can describe what is wrong with this post and this information will be sent to your support email.Customized Terms and Conditions Pages
- use Admin Dashboard → Pages → Edit
- Complaints policy, Refund policy, DMCA, Cookie policyA link to USC-2257 Compliance Statement on the website
On the checkout page there should be a notifying text 'The charge on your credit card bill will appear as (your company name) on your credit card statement'.
If you already have NetBilling Merchant account
Open Admin → Settings ->Payment Systems → NetBilling → edit
Enter your NetBilling Account ID and choose Available currencies

If NetBilling rejected your merchant account application
It happens because NetBilling mostly work with companies with large transaction history and a growing number of transactions. Please, let us know if you will get any additional info.
