Request processing structure

When you send us your request for any customization, regardless of its complexity, the process of our team's actions starts:

  • Manager processing: we find out and specify your requirements and wishes for what you would like to do with your project.

  • Then, after clarifying all the conditions, we pass the task to the team.

We work according to Agile methodologies, using Scrum and Kanban frameworks. This means that we plan our sprint tasks in advance. Each sprint is equal to one week. New tasks arrive in the sprint every Monday.

Example: You want to add a link to Instagram in the footer of the site. You sent us a request on Wednesday. This means that we will add your task to the sprint on Monday of next week. And it will be ready within this week's sprint

  • Once the team has taken a task to the sprint backlog, it will go through the following stages:

    • To Do - Task in the queue for implementation

    • In progress - The task is being developed

    • Test Queue - The task is in the queue for testing

    • Testing stage - At this stage, the tester can return the task to the developer for some adjustments and corrections.

    • Done - The task is ready!

  • After that, the status of your task changes to "Customer Review"
