How to set up a payment system on the website?

  1. Register a merchant account with a payment system. It could be PayPal, CCBill, Epoch etc. 

  2. Set up your merchant account with the system. From admin Welcome Page open Payment Engines.

  3. Configure payment packages. From admin Welcome Page open Payment Packages.

How could customers add funds to their account? 

  1. Log in as a customer to see the configured payment packages.
  2. Select single payment package and click Continue button.
  3. Customer will be redirected to the Payment System website for paying by Credit Card.
  4. After a successful transaction, the customer receives virtual money (credits/tokens/chips) to the website account.
  5. Customers with a positive account balance could spend virtual money on paid chat sessions and tips on the website.

How performers earn money on the website?

  1. When customers spend virtual money in the performers' chat rooms, the performers receive virtual money to their website account.
  2. The amount of credits (tokens/chips) performer receives depends on the Payout Percent configured on the website by admin. 
  3. Performers should fill payout information on their profile pages.
  4. Performers are able to send a payout request from their personal backend.
  5. The website admin does payouts to each performer accordingly to configured payout option.
  6. Performers receive real money to their personal account depends on the website rules. For example $10 for 10 Credits or $10 for 100 Tokens.

The website owner statements:

  1. The website owner receives money from customer to his payment processing account.
  2. The website owner is able to receive payments from his merchant account to his personal/company bank account.
