Affiliate commission for referred customers
There are a few options for affiliates to invite customers to website. Please, note, that in our system Affiliates are called Webmasters.
Admin can set payout a default percent for webmasters, who invite customers to website. Default value is set right after registration as Webmaster.
These settings located in System configuration.
Webmaster can get two kinds of payouts - recurring and one time, on join.
Recurring - field “Default webmaster payout percent for customers”
Here Admin can set default payout percent for Webmaster. If they like, they can set a personal payout percent for every Webmaster in “Webmasters” section > Manage Webmasters.
2. One time - field “Webmaster join commission”
In default settings, this amount of credits is paid for Webmaster, when referral Customer has made first spend. But Admin can change this option and adjust settings, so Webmaster would get their income calculated on customer deposit.
This setting is also located in System configuration.
After it’s set, Webmaster will see these changes in their Webmaster backend.
Referral payout example #1
Admin sets default 10% for each referred Customer by Webmaster and one-time payout for 10 credits when Customer joined.
Commission is calculated on customer spending.
Webmaster invites Customer via their referral link.
Customer spends 100 credits.
Webmaster gets 20 credits - 10 credits as commission and 10 credits as a one-time bonus for joined customer.
Referral payout example #2
Admin sets default 10% for each referred Customer by Webmaster and one-time payout for 10 credits when Customer joined.
Commission is calculated on customer deposit.
Webmaster invites Customer via their referral link.
Customer adds 400 credits, spends 100 credits.
Webmaster gets 50 credits - 40 credits as commission for customer adding funds and 10 credits as a one-time bonus for joined customer.
