How to customize your site

WebVideo site has several tools for small customizations that will help you to individualize your site without the involvement of a development team. You can find most of them in the Domains section of the Admin Panel.

If you have some programming skills, the most extensive way to customize is Custom CSS.
But even if you have never programmed, you can easily find instructions in open sources.

If you require more complex design customization or backend changes, you have several options for developing your product:

Through Scrile Development Team (preferred): You share your ideas by creating tickets in our service board → Your personal manager pass your request to the team for estimation → The team gives an estimate in storypoints and the manager pass their comments to you → You confirm or modify your request → After payment, we take the task into a sprint → In the future, feature fixes will be included in the service.
Independently (your developer): we have described a couple options here. Additionally you can use a Plesk panel and FTP access to make changes in folders. This method is not preferred because developers outside of our company may experience problems that we may not be able to fix as part of our standard service. This option is available to lifetime license holders only.
