Preview function
Video preview
Previews for videos in the gallery are created by default when videostore is enabled (Option to sell content by performers addon).
Depending on the selected option, hovering over a video in the performer's gallery will show a video or animated gifs preview.
The length of the video preview is one third of the length of the video if the video is less than 45 seconds.
If the video is longer than 45 seconds, the preview duration is 15 seconds
Broadcast preview
Displaying Video preview on the thumbnail of the model on the main page during broadcast
A video preview will be displayed when hovering over a model's thumbnail on the main page during a broadcast when:
checkbox “Save performer's video preview” is set to System configuration
the “Display live thumbnail on the index page” feature is enabled in the domain settings for guests or another user

Image preview
Displaying an Image(snapshot) preview on the thumbnail of the model on the main page during a broadcast
When a performer is online, a preview of the chat picture may be displayed on the main page instead of the performer's thumbnail. This is achieved with the following settings in the System configuration:
In these settings, the frequency with which chat screenshots will be taken is set, and it is also indicated for which types of chat the snapshot will be displayed on the thumbnail preview.
If the ability to save a snapshot is disabled, then the default thumbnail of the performer will be displayed
Video preview on the thumbnail of the model on the main page and Image(snapshot) are mutually exclusive - video preview is the priority. If saving screenshots is enabled and the checkbox for saving video previews is not checked, then the thumbnail of the model will have a snapshot.
After enabling the saving of video previews in the System configuration, for the video to appear, the performer needs to reload the chat, and also wait for the video preview to be created. A video preview is created and updated every 30 seconds of a chat.
In private and group chats, video previews are not created, only screenshots are created and updated. When a performer leaves the chat, the video and photo previews are deleted.
