Transactions

This section of the admin panel is an overview of all the purchases and other transactions that take
place on your website.

You can search for certain transactions using the quick search bar:

You can filter transactions depending on their type:

• Deposit – purchase of credits by the platform users;

• Spending - customers spending their credits on a purchase;

• Earning – creators earning from the purchases;

• Manual – gifts or penalties from the website administrator;

• Payout – payment made by the website administrator to a creator;

• Refund – returning of money to the user’s bank account deducting it from their account
  in credits on the website;

• Chargeback – returning credits to users’ accounts in credits on the website (e.g.
  in case of a paid event cancellation or if a user is not happy with the services provided
  by a performer). Usually it also entails deduction of the amount from the creator’s
  account (see Manual).

You can also select transactions that took place on a certain date:
