Balance History (member's side)

The function of Balance history is to provide a record of the transactions and changes that have
occurred in a user's account balance over time. It is a log that tracks the inflows and outflows of
funds, such as purchases, deposits, withdrawals, etc.

Please, note that there are two billing methods on the platform by default:

• Billing from the credit card: refill balance, purchase subscription, purchase post, purchase
  message attachment.

• Billing from the internal balance: sending messages, calls, tipping.

However, the billing methods could differ, you can get the precise information by clicking on “info” icon: :

If you want to add money to your internal balance, click Add money at the bottom of the Balance history page, choose the suitable package and click add. Depending on the payment system of the platform, you will either be required to manually enter your credit card information or have the payment automatically deducted from your saved card:
