Account Settings for members
Account settings is the first area you’ll see in the More menu after the link to your profile:
Here you may check your email address, change password and delete your account if you wish to stop using the platform:
If you need to change the email address associated with your account, please reach out to the
admin of the website.
Change password
Changing your password is a good security practice to help protect your accounts and personal
information from unauthorized access. It's recommended to change your password for any
accounts that you use frequently, especially those that contain sensitive or personal information
such as banking, email, social media, and online shopping accounts.
Follow this instruction to change your password:
Navigate to your account settings by clicking on the "More" menu.
Look for the "Change Password" option and click on it.
A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email address for verification
Enter the verification code in the provided field and click on "Continue".
Type in your new, strong password and click on "Done"
Congratulations! Your password has been successfully updated.
When changing your password, it's important to create a strong and unique password that's
difficult for others to guess. Avoid using common phrases or easily guessed information such as
your name or date of birth, and instead use a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols.
Additionally, you should never use the same password across multiple accounts, as this can
make it easier for someone to access your personal information if one account is compromised.
Delete account
If you decide to remove your account, click on the Delete account button:
You will be prompted to enter your password, then click “Delete account”:
