Performer Stats

In the admin backend, you can find the Performer’s Statistics. To do it, follow this link: https://YOURWEBSITENAME/exec/manager/performerstats

There are different columns there. Let’s define what they mean.

Performer - Performer’s name

Reg.Date - Registration Date

Studio - is the name of the Studio

Manager - is the name of the Studio Manager

Earned - is how much the performer earned over a certain period of time

Refs/Tips/Memberships (Performer’s)

Refs - is the number of the performer's earnings for the referred users (both clients and performers)

Tips - is how much the customers tipped to this Performer

Memberships - is the number of earnings from monthly subscriptions

Man. Earned - is how much manager earned

Refs/Tips/Memberships (Manager’s)

Refs - is the number of the manager’s earnings for the referred users (both clients and performers)

Tips - is the manager’s percentage of Performer’s tips

Memberships - is the number of earnings from monthly subscriptions

Paid - is how much you have already paid to the Performer

Open - is how much you can pay to the Performer now (Earned - Paid = Open)

Cust.Spend - is how much the customers spend on this Performer

Tips - is how much the customers tipped to this Performer

Online - is how long the Performer online from the moment he clicks “start video chat” till it’s over.

Avail. - is how long the Performer online from the moment he clicks “start video chat” till it’s over except the time the performer pauses the broadcast

If the Performer pauses translation the system will count this time as Online (since the current session is running), but available time will be reduced for the break mode duration.

Group Chat - is how long the Performer spent in the Group Chat

Private Chat - is how long the Performer spent in the Private Chat

Voyeur Chat - is how long the Performer spent in the Voyeur Chat
