glossary.

How to apply the role for a Talent Rep?

  1. Navigate to the Admin panel

  2. Open Users → Open the profile page of the user for whom you want to change the status

  3. Find the Profile information field

  4. Change the Role field

How to link a Creator to a Talent rep?

  1. Go to the Creator’s profile in the admin backend and click the Edit button

  2. Choose a Talent Agent among the existing users on your platform and fill in the percentage of the earnings for this Talent Rep. For more details on how the system calculates and allocates earnings among the user roles please refer to this document: Payments Allocation

Then this Creator and others will be shown in the Talent rep’s profile in the admin backend:

From the Users’ side, a Talent Agent may find the list of the Creators in the More menu →
Creators by talent rep.

In order to manage Creator’s profile, the Talent Agent has to navigate to the More menu, click “Switch account” and choose the creator they want to log in as:
