The voice message addon will allow you to record a voice message to any user:

When the message is recorded, a creator can choose the price for the member to open the recording (please note that, like any other prices, the price for the audio messages is set up via the admin panel):

Members can also send voice messages, but it will be free for the creators to listen. In such a way, creators and users can communicate via voice messages:
